I agree with you completely. It will be guaranteed that I will never purchase a Microsoft product again, I pay good money for the live service plus even more good money for the games purchased digitally which actually costs them less money, no shipping
no disk and no box, but how they choose to repay us, preventing us from using any of it when we have the time to during the day with no forward notice or anything. It's now become acceptable for a service which we are constantly paying for to become not available,
xbox live, I'm referring too. Worst of it all we can't even use the products which are of a one time cost like our digital games. To be honest I feel as though I've been had... I pay for a service I can't use, which also means all the other products I have
paid for I also can not use, only because the service I am paying to use is, unannounced unknown as to why unavailable..... Welcome to Microsoft where we *** you but first we take all your money.....

My thoughts exactly, Microsoft’s customer service is NON-EXISTENT. That’s why they created this forum so we could do their job for them. We should all push for compensation or demand a refund.

i'll just say this. you have a television right? now should you be entitled to watch all the premium cable/ sat channels, on demand, or pay per view. just because you have a television? no you have to pay for services of said companies. you know there is
a such thing as bandwidth, server maintenance, adding new features. so for those who do decide to pay for xbox live we get the option of having netfilx, hulu, youtube or whatever. but alot of those services also cost. so in the end you are paying to be on
microsoft xbox live servers that cost money to operate. microsoft see's none of the money you pay for any other services hosted on their servers. so no you are not paying microsoft twice. 60 goes to them, and what ever the cost of the other services goes to
said company providing the service.

oh yeah let me see if i can make this clearer, for those who decide to pay for xbox live gold, we give you the the ability to use these apps, and if you want to use these app you should upgrade to xbox live gold.

Contact your MP as I think there could be a case for Microsoft to answer too, they take your money and then do nothink about all the cheating that goes on,xbox and Microsoft should be liable.You pay good money so why shouldn't you get good service.
