So who do I Sue?

I’ve noticed a on going trend of people breaking Community Guidelines then crying out injustice when they face the consequences and although there is an overwhelming amount of cases like that… there are cases where account holders have been Wrongly Persecuted because sometimes the system falls short of perfection and I hope my case is such but being I followed the steps asking for help correcting the mistake and it’s now day 2 of a 4 day suspension, I’m left to believe it’s something a bit more sinister at play. Being I don’t think Microsoft or Xbox condone BULLYING or STEALING money from paying account holders by wrongful blocking them from PAID SERVICES, I’m left to assume I‘ve been a victim of an XBOX ENFORCEMENT TEAM MEMBERS abuse of power. Though I understand Enforcement Teams acts autonomously they do have to answer in accordance to Companies Police otherwise I’m left to seek legal advice for Discrimination As well as FRAUD & ABUSE LAW. Hope we can find resolution before then. Thanx for your time.
