So where has the Vault Tec Workshop Gone?

I'd purchased the Fallout 4 Season Pass a while back, all DLC content worked fine and was all present, even when playing last night. Since then, I fired-up the Xbox this morning, was prompted to download an update and after a restart the Vault Tec DLC was
listed, but greyed-out (in fact an error appeared trying to load the game saying that the content wasn't available for this specific DLC). Did some searching, found an article which suggested going into Manage Game and then uninstall and re-download the content
specific to the content, but the content no longer appears in the ready to download section. Going into the store it appears but looks as though it is wanting me to pay £3.99 (Season Pass is showing in the list as "Owned").

Yeah, it was really down for just one day. It's still the fault of MS but at least they took action to correct it within 24 hours (or so). Pretty fast response in terms of Business and Industry. Luckily no one had to wait 30 plus
days for an Update Patch and they were able to correct it from the back end of the Marketplace.

It was back in the "Ready to Install" today. Its fine now and thank you all.

 

I have the same issue, of course it happens just in time for the weekend, the only time those of us with normal jobs can actually put in solid play time. Typical

 

Thanks for the update BULL CFD, am thinking now that it might be a general issue and will hold-off trying to download it again via the £3.99 link in the store. My thinking exactly, was looking forward to jumping on again this morning so a bit disappointed,

To add to my post, I did contact support, and was informed it was a problem others were having. I've also found other posts here on the forums in which other people are saying multiple games worth of dlc are missing. It won't let them reinstall if they delete
it. It almost acts as if the season pass doesn't exist. Out of curiosity,if you go to an Xbox store page on the console for a game or dlc you downloaded digitally, does it say "you can use this game or app for now, or buy it to own forever" at any point on
the page? Finally, you also have an excellent day.

 

Funny you should mention that about the message "you can use this game or app for now, or buy it to own forever", because this was exactly what was appearing when I was going into the store to see if the Nuka Cola World DLC was available. So yes, definitely
saw this before and was like "Uh oh, are they going to now turn around and say only the first set of DLC was available under the season pass".

It is exactly as you say, it's as though it's not recognising the season pass anymore. I don't really want to uninstall any of the other DLC to test it though in case I lose the other content. )

 

All of the same here and I'm not seeing anyway to DL it again. Vault-Tec (only) is no longer showing under the Season Pass for me either.

 

Same with my game was playing last night completed all the quest. When I got on today I was missing and I did the exact same thing and can't re-download without paying. Come on Microsoft, can we get some answers.

 

Update, I posted in another thread similar to this one. I got ahold of support last night. Put in an official complaint. Got my dlc back today. Reinstalled no problem but then that's where the bigger problems started. I can no longer load any of my saves.
Select the save I want to load, hit OK and then it gets stuck at the loading screen. Game doesn't freeze, music still plays. But I won't load. I've Sat there for 20 minutes one time watching the loading screen and nothing happens. Beware. I'm still trying
to figure out a fix for this. Hopefully I haven't lost all my hundreds of hours of game play.

 

Hi BULL, I managed to get it downloading this morning as well, the saved game seemed to load OK without any issue. Hope yours loads-up OK today, am wondering if the game-save issue was a knock-on effect that has been resolved in the early hours?

 

Should all be good now folks, try the steps to download the DLC again and it should be OK. Hopefully you shouldn't have any issues with loading saved games as reported by BULL CFD. Have a good one everyone!

 

How do I Download it again if it doesn't show anywhere except the current Store only version for "buy $4.99"? I have nothing to Download it again.

The removed Download History on the Xbox One is kinda a bad idea now with given Content from a Season Pass.

 

Just an Update but the problem has been addressed by MS. The Vault-Tec DLC showed back up in my "Ready to Install" this morning and it is fine now.
