So...where are my Rewards points?

I currently have 16,750 credits pending and they have not been deposited. Today is April 22 and these rewards were set to the "Pending" status and given that you'll "convert them to [my] local currency and deposit them into [my] Microsoft account around
the 15th and 30th of every month" I'm wondering where they are.

"Tired of waiting?" Yes, I indeed am. Particularly with the changes that are occurring soon. There isn't a date shown at all under MyCredits and since it's been a week past the 15th (which is not "around" the 15th) I'm a bit frustrated. When will these
credits be added to my account? I checked Twitter, the news feeds, the FAQs and all the other places that I could think of and nobody has an answer. Is my account broken?

Where are my rewards

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Any credits you have already earned would be listed on the MyRewards section
of the site.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th ir 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. If they've been pending since before the 1st, support will post back here with why.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. For future reference, if you are below 5000 pending Credits and above 1000,
and you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so via a button on your MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you did not hit 5000 pending Credits until earlier this month, they will be a part of the end of month deposit.

Hey richie. Smwutches is correct. It looks like you unlocked your first MyVIP Star level this month, so you'll be earning payback Credits on your eligible purchases for November. These will be calculated at the end of this month, and Credits will be awarded
by December 15th. Hang tight!

First, lets go over a quick overview of how to currently earn Credits in our program.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

I can see that your Mafia 3 purchase recently promoted you to your first star. Gratz! As Murphs says, we calculate MyVIP payback on a monthly basis and award by the 15th of the following month.

So...where are my Rewards points?
