So when is tech support going to get off their [Mod Removed] and ACTUALLY FIX the issues that ...

I am getting tired of the "band aid" fixes that I am getting from customer support. A restart and reinstallation should not be the go to option to fix a problem. I get that it does fix the immediate problem for that person, but doing that constantly is like
taking pain medication for a broken knee. It just doesn't solve the actual problem.

I also understand that permanent fixes take time. I'm just getting tired of getting fed the same line over and over for every problem. It honestly has gotten to where I just don't call customer support anymore, since all they say is the same thing every
time. I think I may have had one person actually go further than the restart procedure, but even they had me restart and reinstall, before they even attempted to find out the problem.

In summary, A restart should be the last resort fix to an isolated problem. (isolated problem = an issue affecting one or two customers)

Ok the friends list issue on the Xbox one is getting out of hand. The friends list has been going down at least multiple times a week for a good while now.
[Mod Removed] today I haven't been able to load up my friends list any of the times I have tried.

I don't much appreciate paying for a service that's going to be running this badly. For me I like to play Xbox one with my FRIENDS, I'm not too concerned about the tv Updates or any of that crap if you guys can't GET THE
[Mod Removed] FRIENDS LIST TO WORK.

If I pay for a service I expect it to work. Any other company that you pay to provide a service will credit a customers account when their service is not running as it should (Cable,satellite,internet,phone). Xbox? Nope they just let one of the biggest
[Mod Removed] features on the consoles the FRIENDS LIST stay jacked up and never do a thing to fix it or a thing to make it up to their customers.

They [Mod Removed] sure have the time to try and update their
[Mod Removed] cable box though.

Serious Xbox get this issue sorted out or as much as I hate to do it it shall be bye, bye Xbox, I refuse to pay for a sub-par service,
