I hated it, so got rid and moved on the bf4, less jumping and less quick scoping

 

I just want to say I have all the COD/BO games and have enjoyed every one. I know some are not as good as the others, but when you're hooked you're hooked. I think Juice has been spot on for the most part with the comments. The #1 issue on online game
play with me is the scattered spawning. It just makes no sense when you have cleared an area and someone shoots you in the back. I'm also not a fan of the boost jumps. I like to play with teammates that have some type of realistic elimination tactics instead
of charging a 5 person fire team with a sniper rifle dominating one bullet at a time...totally unrealistic just like the Exo hover (Let the sniper flaming begin). What I really think has ruined each game series is the hackers and boosters. Instead of playing
the way the game was designed, people constantly try to find the "glitch" or hack that ruins online game play. MW2 was the best IMO until the aimbots, out of maps, invisibility and God mode PUNKs ruined it for us. BUT, what if that was part of the gaming
industries plan? If we stick to one game too long, they lose money and it's more profitable to push us to the newer games...just saying. Did I mention how much I hate unrealistic quick scoping? Sniper - a person who shoots at individuals from a concealed
or distant position. There has never been any documentation of a sniper charging into an open active battlefield gaining an advantage. It's time the games put sniping back where it belongs...providing cover fire and long distance advantages.

 

Here we go with the whole "AW is a halo copy"

This is evolution. Honestly I am disappointed it took this long for the CoD franchise to reach this level of skill and movement. This game takes more skill, simple as that. This game has also been in development for 3 years. They did not copy anyone. Treyarchs
game needs to have this type of movement in it.. anything less and it will be viewed as a step back. What sets AW apart from all other titles, is that people can no longer sit in a corner and wait for others to run buy. It forces you to constantly move around.
AW is easily the most creative and well developed game to come out of this series (black ops 2 takes a close second). The only issue I have so far with it is the networking code they used for MP... other than that, they are actively listening to the community
for changes. Something Infinity Ward NEVER did. If you don't like this game, then don't play it

 

It's not a copy of other games. But it has added elements from other franchises that do not fit in this series.

It became popular because of how easy it is to pick up and play a game. It became popular because it had a smooth feel to it. It became popular because it was the perfect balance between 'realistic' and 'arcade'.

Drastically changing the most popular series isn't the answer that people are looking for. There are a million people who enjoy it as it is. There are plenty of other people who think they want change...but what they really want is a new IP.

It takes zero skill to shoot someone in the rear when you spawn behind them... which is what happened so often that I literally broke my game disc in half one night, when I spawned, and three enemy spawned in a circle around me on the Greenspan map...

The movement they added to this game simply broke it... the maps are too small and chaotic, and the connections not sufficient to have proper hit detection when someone is zig zagging in the air.... if they had made the exo jump a singular direction, without
the ability to zig zag mid air, and limited its use to just a few times per life it might be better... as it is the game is simply not fun for me...

I emplore Treyarch not to follow in this direction... COD is an infantry based shooter, plain and simple... feet on the ground... that's the core of Call of Duty...

 

For the first time ever, I will not buy any map packs for a Cod game. The jetpacks suck. My opinion

 

Same here Gancho. I've purchased map packs in every other COD. A few times for more than one console. The only way to make the listen is with your wallet.
