So what if it all falls apart?

With the continuing non-announcment of activity on the ESO console front, I have a question. What if it all means that there are growing problems that they don't want to tell us about yet? What if the release gets slipped to Christmas or even cancelled?
Will you still play on a PC or will you just go on to something else. I hear FF XIV is going well and is even cross-platform. Would that temp you or would you just go on an play all the games you have sitting waiting for some attention?

My question is what happens when the kinect falls and breaks etc.... When will it be sold sesperate if at all and how much will it cost???

If it doesn't work out for consoles then I will just play PC but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

 

I hope so. I really don't enjoy gaming for long periods of time on my computer and I don't want to do a major house redo to fix the issues. I have begun playing Diablo III again since the reimagining and I am enjoying it much more. It's very therapeutic
when I need to whack something but I can't go on for long. Elder Scrolls will be a major time sink so I need to be comfortable. I guess we'll find out sooner or later.

 

It won't fall through. We won't get much of a beta. They are to busy working on the launch issues with it on PC. I wouldn't hope for any news until May. I wouldn't be surprised if it got pushed back slightly. Not all the way to the holidays though. If hypothetically
it did. Im sure I'd play the dumbed down version on my laptop.

 

The game was designed with consoles in mind. Almost all of the menus are radial designed to be used with an analog stick. Only being able to use 6 skills at one time so they can be mapped to controller buttons. It will be coming out for X1.

 

It was originally designed for pc's not consoles. Its not just six skills, but your potion hotkey, quick item, plus basic mechanic features such as interaction key, jumping, attacking, blocking, weapon swapping, etc. But I still agree it is going to happen.
Just not your reasoning.

 

If it somehow gets pushed back then I will wait patiently until its finally finished right for consoles. There is plenty of games I could play until then. I prefer quality and quantity over unfinished fast delivery.

If it somehow gets cancelled then I would simply play other games until a new Elder Scrolls or Fallout game comes out.
