so... we arent getting our overwatch codes or pre load access?.

i pre loaded on the 27th and i still cannot preload the beta from the store and i have not recieved my codes in a message or email. by the looks of things alot of other pre loaders are getting *** out of their beta access too.

anyone know whats up?.

Haven't received an overwatch early access code.

i was just told by chat support that we do in fact need a code even if we digitally preordered via the store, as our accounts arent connected with the license to Overwatch until we get a beta code.

 

Cant login into our games nomore

Hi.

From one day til another we suddenly cant login into our games; Overwatch and Fortnite. Fortnite loads all the way, but ends with throwing us back to the login page.

Overwatch starts to load but gives us then an erromsg. 10200 or something..

 

Did you receive your friend key? If you pre-ordered by April 29th you should have only a friend key. Per Blizzard via Twitter your account is automatically flagged. No need for a code for yourself. I'm actually trying to see if this enables your pre-ordered
game to play for a week, or if the beta install is currently broken. If I get clarification I'll post back.

 

no i have not gotten my friend code and when i try to install the beta it says bundle only. i have contacted ms support for this and all they said was "wait for a message with your 2 codes"

just finished talking with support and apparently we have to wait till tomorrow?

 

I would still wait on it. I don't think the chat support people have all the information. There may be two codes, but from what I see online there is only one (I could be wrong). When did you pre-order? If you didn't pre-order by the 29th you're not eligible
for early access.

that means if you pre-ordered before the date you should have the pre-download for the beta. The start time is 7pm est today. We should have access to the beta then.

 

We should have access to download the beta client per Blizzard's Twitter feed. I'm guessing that we're just waiting for it to open up. The friend key is for the Beta client so we just need to wait on the Xbox team to flag our accounts to download or send
us a key. It's a fairly large beta so I would assume we'll get access before it's live.

 

just got off the phone with support and they just tried to tell me that "pre ordering the bundle before the 29th does not give you beta keys". this is a *** joke right?

 

Support told you incorrect. Pre-ordering the bundle before the 29th does give you beta access. Blizzard is still in the process of sending keys out to people on the PC. I would imagine Xbox may be in the same scenario. If you ordered closer to the 29th than
when it opened for pre-order on March 14th you could still be still waiting for your friend key.

 

We have until 7pm tonight to get the codes. Unless the beta download opens at that time for those who pre-ordered. Not sure if they flag our accounts or just send out two codes.

 

there are other people on reddit that pre ordered through their xboxes and already have it pre loaded so something is obviously broken on MS end.
