    why is so hard to get in contact with anyone from microsoft? Why do i have to select 12 different options in order to contact them? So tired of this nonsense.

    Neither the PS4 or Xbox One console is garbage so tired of you people that hate on consoles, if you don't like them then don't buy them.

    I have notice that you are not happy with the service that has been given from Microsoft. Microsoft is a large corporation that handles loads of complaints every day. From service outages to broken hardware. They are asking you many questions so they can
    attempt to best suit your needs. The Support Teams are trying the best they can to make Xbox and Windows the best it can be!

    You can always call 1-800-4MY-Xbox for phone support. But the support page makes you click through the options so they can clarify your issue and give you to the correct support staff. So they can have an idea of your issue before jumping into the chat.

    Xbox live service is the only one that calls you back if you leave a contact nr.

    hmm it's not that complex..

    -select xbox one

    -select your topic

    -select contact method

    as PEPE GAMER PR already said, the chat is pretty nice!

    the chat support always solved my problems!

    I personally have never had an issue. THe reason for all of the options is because xbox wants to make sure they get down to exactly whats going on. If they arent helping try the community first thats what I always recommend
