    I don’t even know, I guess I’m just waiting 2-3 weeks to see if my accounts (or even account as I’d be happy just to see my account unbanned) will have been reviewed and the enforcement team see the error(s).

    Yes, is my gt, and that is precisely my point, The accounts don’t have the Ban’s until I file for the recovery, soo, it has to be a bug. That I would really appreciate was resolved in a reasonable amount of time?

    I haven't come across anyone getting banned for filling out a recovery form to get their account back. While I can't say why (as I am not the Xbox Enforcement team and don't have access to your info), I think it would be because the person who had your account violated the Xbox Code of Conduct and Terms of Use.

    So your gamertag you have access to is oqhc?

    I have never tried that before, but just trying it now, every time i press “Choose account” after signing in, it just resets the site, and doesn’t take me anywhere or do anything. Just resets, so I guess that’s a bug. Still utterly infuriated my accounts are permanently banned right now and have been for over 15 days, however.

    There was an issue with the enforcement page not showing active suspensions that was just recently resolved. I suggest you just wait a bit longer and check after a few more days. Unfortunately without the enforcement page showing the ban, there's no other way to know for sure or appeal it.
