    So, for reference here is the old support post, and the answer from Xbox Rewards Support.

    A problem with my account...still

    And they did escalate it, which I do appreciate, but it was ultimately pointless. Here's the response I got:

    This is Kurt H from Xbox Support. I am here to give you an update about your reference number regarding the issue with your Xbox Live Rewards that still haven't been deposit on your account.

    As our Internal Review Team has investigated and checked for options, the best option we have as of the moment is to wait until it will reflect on your account.

    Please be advised that your points won't be discarded though as it is tied up on your account and will be deposited once our Xbox Live Rewards team has credited it on your account. No worries though as your will surely get the amount that you
    should received.


    I can best suggest to create a new post on the forum. We do apologize for the inconvieniece this has caused you. I totally understand that you would like to use the points you already have accumulated.

    We will now be closing the case and tag it as resolved. Incase you need further help, please do not hesitate to check the support options below.

    So, they are telling me that XBox Rewards needs to make the deposit, but XBox Rewards is telling me they can't make the deposit that XBox support has to do it.

    See the endless circle here? Understand why I am so frustrated? Left side says the right has to fix this, the right says the left has to do it.

    In the meantime, I get nowhere and lose my patience.

    So, please tell me now, what am I supposed to do at this point?

    Hi Staalker. We are working with a Microsoft Support contact on our end to have it manually deposited. We will reply to that previous thread once they have completed our request. You won't need to do anything further at this point. Thanks for your continued
    patience.

    So so so SOOO Disappointed in the Xbox One so far.

    I also choose brand by security. Kinda how one would check a security company before using.

    My first and only concern is have they been in an malicious web attack.

    Xbox box has not so I use xbox

    I know you guys can't admit that you are being paid or bribed somehow by MS to speak so highly about them each day. We can now see through this act. It's all starting to make sense now. Don't even deny it. DON'T.
