So this is just a simple question.

So this is just a simple question. I play Elden Ring on xbox live and I use looking for group to help my fellow players in the community by answering their questions or tips on builds as well as sharing ingame items with them. I CONSTANTLY see the same gamertags posting and attempting to solicit REAL money from the community for ingame items, I report these post and gamertags and always receive a quick response that "No action could be taken" . Now that wouldn't be anything to me, except I have had MULTIPLE communication bans for posting that will help and share whatever items I have for free and everytime I receive a suspension It NEVER tells me why I received it on the enforcement page, just that I violated guidelines. My post is exactly the same everytime and I can not find ANY guidelines that it would violate. Was just wondering if I could get any reasonable answer about this? So why does it NOT tell me why I am receiving the suspension, so I know how to edit the post. I dont understand how I can use the same post for months at a time and nothing happens but then all of sudden it violates the guidelines while others are free to use looking for group posts to SOLICIT real money? I have no problem with receiving a enforcement action when it is warranted but at least tell me the actual reason.

    The post is as follows:

The original most well known ER dropper is back at it, if I have it, ill drop it for u JUST ASK. No real player will ever ask anything from u for items. Stop being taken advantage of. (I will NOT max you to 713, so dont ask)

    :)
