    So the Microsoft sign in prompt keeps failing, and i've attempted a bunch of fixes, only to...


    Simply put I got Game pass ultimate. Installed Dishonored 2. Before it launches, it give me a sign in prompt, I click okay, my profile, then continue. it then tries to bring up the box saying "please wait" (or something to that effect) before almost immediately "closing" (I now know that crashes it)

    amongst the help I tried was a fresh install, Clean reboot, a bunch of Powershell comands, SFC clean and repair (including the DFIN or whatever) as well as telling the processes to start automatically (they default back anyways).

    This lead me to change my password and sign out of it all to see if that would work, and now the only thing I can sign into is the Microsoft account in my browser (chrome) everything else brings up the box to continue (regardless of option) it immediately crashes when it attempts to go to the next step.

    Win 10 fully updated, Nvida graphics, AMD processor

    Ive attempted to sign into jzizzle23 with the xbox console i purchased to set up the profile, as well as attempting to sign in on my other xbox console, both attempts failed. As i followed the instructions from xbox support, i was instructed to delete the
    profile, jzizzle23 the profile only, and try downloading the profile. As i attempted to download profile an error code 800704DC prompt after 20% complete. After following those instructions the profile itself is now deleted from both consoles. So i cant
    try to sign in, thanks to xbox support that is. Unless its an easy fix ive found xbox support to be support-less in many cases, i havevnt been able to sign in or download the profile for almost 2 weeks, its beginning to be a big joke, the support that is.
