So are you getting a black screen while watching TV but it works while playing a game?

The dashboard update is the most recent one packaged in the OSU1 tool, and there is no new available updates. Viewing the contents on the drive brings up the list of installed and ready to install games in My Games and Apps (where it crashes). The ONLY fix
for this is to go offline under Network Settings (which won't work long-term when it comes to installing games). It seems that the "My Games and Apps" section can only remain open for around 5-7 seconds before crashing to black.

I can add a game to the home screen if I 1)Have the game already installed and 2) Go Offline in Network Settings.

Games will load and play properly IF I can get to them to start.

It's almost like the second the games and Apps section crashes as it attempts to connect to the "Gold" or "Updates" section in the list on the "My Games and Apps" page.

Turning on your devices in the following order, waiting for each device to fully power up before starting the next device:

   1. Turn on your TV first.
   2. Once your TV is displaying a picture, turn on the AVR.
   3. Turn on your Xbox One console.

I cycled my network but my console remains black screened,My TV is on and so is my AVR and then I turned my xbox on.

I tried all of these. The screen remains black. I went to the other tv and I saw the troubleshoot menu and followed it. Plugged it back into the tv, still no luck. TV issue?

Sorry, to clarify, I don’t get an error code or anything. When I try to go into my games and apps, my tv screen just goes black. The only way to get out of that is to try the home button
