So, System Link is not even being considered anymore?

As a casual gamer, there's no need for me to pay for an Xbox Live subscription. I did enjoy playing over system link when getting together with family and friends. There's a unity and ease of use that's NEVER guaranteed when playing over Xbox Live. We
all know each other and no one quits in the middle of a match. It's nothing but fun from beginning to end. Omitting this feature from Xbox One was a huge mistake. You'd actually sell a lot more consoles if it was implemented back into the system. Why isn't
it even available for the backwards compatible games that used to support it?

System linking

This is specifically for back ops 3 zombies. I'm trying to system link with my brother, we are both offline, we can find each other on the "find LAN game" but when we go to join each other, it is party is not joinable. Any solutions?

Actually, system link, between the 360 and X1 works fine.

You do have to connect the Cat 5 cable AFTER the Xbox One system is turned on, for the One cant tell the difference between hardwired net connection and a Crossover cable.

Yes folks, Borderlands works fine via System Link.... At least between the X1 and The Console of the past decade, The Xbox 360.

BTW: If you play Borderlands, and have Super-Marcus Sweep (General Knoxx DLC) yet to complete. Please consider sending me an invite to tag along, as I have the steal loot marked but not the timmer and thus am locked out of the Armory.

Warning: Avoid the Elivater shaft when farming for loot after getting the mission Super Marcus Sweep.

Nope. As long as the gamertag is on the server, it's considered taken. The tag system is in use on other Microsoft services as well. So even if it isn't being used on an Xbox, it may be in use somewhere else.

Seriously Microsoft. this is the fourth time that this is has happened. all the other times have been on OTHER games. this is frustrating and making me angry to the point that i dont even want anymore games from you guys considering you dont even bother
to update the system or to even help fix the problems. its freaking ridiculous.

The system doesn't see things like spaces or capitalization as being unique. So those would be considered the same tag.
