You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it. Considering that letting someone else use your account is against the ToU/CoC & a bannable offence i doubt you'll get a refund.

i wasn’t letting said person use my account they were a parter whoms place i frequently stayed at so i would log into my account and play games and they weren’t allowed to use it. i should’ve put a passkey and changed my password after but it was my fault and i agree that a refund doesn’t seem fair as it was my fault but i just wanted to see if i could.

So i gave someone access to my games a while back by letting them log onto my account with out using the password then i changed it to be safe but they still have access to my games but i cant do anything about it .

To add to what's already been said dont share your account anymore.

Doing so is against the rules/is a bannable offense.

Hi I change my avatar some and my gamer tag on the 360 and still wouldnt log in to my live account got really frustrated so i gave up and got on my pc and logged into the Xbox app. and clicked on my profile and under BIO was empty it said that i needed to add someone or change my Microsoft store so that the store would know who i was on all my devices but when i tried logging into my Microsoft account as prompt it said i cant use that one to use a work or school account but i dont have either of those so now im getting upset because i dont like throwing money away , when i paid for Xbox live they never said any where that the xbox360 was not under any customer care anymore !!
