So so so SOOO Disappointed in the Xbox One so far.

OP is just frustrated like I finally got. I spent 500 dollars on a machine, had to return one, picked up another. Now this ones fan squeaks, try to turn my xbox one off last night and it kept coming back on, would not remain off. So I picked me up a PS4
today. So now I have both. If I have another xbox one go out I don't know what I'm going to do. MS what you do next will decipher if I stay or not. 1080p potential 60fps is important and those that say it's not are blind by their pure loyalty...

 

I can let out some steam too.

I'm so disappointed my console keeps putting on Closed captioning, its so annoying changing the settings.

I'm so disappointed I have too many games, I spend more time trying to decide what to start than actually playing.

@Bizarro-Heres my take on this...If you call someone a troll because they have a legitimate concern you may get a free Xbox.Not saying I'm right, it just seems in line with recent events that MS would pay others to say 'Praise Microsoft' while ridiculing

They aren't necessarily trolls. They've just been brainwashed to believe 1080p@60fps is all a game amounts too. So far no game has dropped below HD so it makes all the resolution arguments irrelevant to me. All I ever ask for is a stable 60fps as that's
actually noticeable in a game.

 

LowonHealth, I think you're onto something there. That would explain a lot really.

I am a console gamer for a number of reasons. I don't want to mess with settings, I just want to pop the game in and play. Plus 2 grand compared to 400 - 500 is a big difference. And remember these are supposed to be next gen consoles, 1080p should have been
the standard for both systems. Microsoft made some strange decisions?!...

 

I love how people try to impose their own standards on others but that's just the internet.

I'm 59 with enough brains to write MS customer service, employ Social Media directed at MS and xbox, and post my rant on my own website. Posting it here does nothing except prove that you are not smart enough to just sell the damn thing and vote with your

It
does not cost $2k to build a gaming PC. It costs more than a console for something decent, but not $2k.

I have an understanding of what was put in both the Xbox One APU and the PS4 APU.
The "1080p60" that is being touted is not what a PC gamer would call 1080p60.

They designed a system for the living room, not the desktop.

 

PS exclusives are GARBAGE, you made the right choice , you really want to play junk like god of war, killzone,ratchet and clank etc??

Dual shock 4 analog triggers are still crap also
