And also when the fu** am I going to get to be a preview member.. been almost a year now soooo. Another issue I have with you guys.

 

I only have one Xbox and it says I need to make it my home Xbox so when I go to set it as home Xbox it won't let me says that I can only have one so I can't even do anything offline all I want is all my money back for the system all the games and any purchase
I have ever made on it they can have it back

Guys I got a Ps4...don't know why...since I bought it....it full of Dust never used...and even with a Xbox live problem like today... I wont touch this Ps4...Dont know why, but guys if you try it...you'll vomit !

Yep, because signing up for notifications for when constant issues that didn't plague the Xbox 360 is the same thing as the Xbone not having constant issues hat didn't plague the Xbox 360.

In the 2 years the Xbone has been released it and XBL have had more issues than the Xbox 360 had in its entire 8 years prior to the Xbone's release. Can MS just re-hire all the people responsible for the Xbox 360 and XBL at the time of 2005, and fire anyone
that was hired in the last 5 years that has been responsible for the Xbone and the state of XBL since? It's painfully clear nobody knew what they were doing with the Xbone, and they still don't.

During the Xbox 360 days I recommended the 360 to anyone that was trying to choose between 360 and PS3. This time around I don't recommend anyone to buy a PS4, but I do recommend they DON'T buy a Xbox One.

 

I really hope Microsoft compensates all its players for the last two years of countless hours of outages. The 360 never had this many issues. I too am truly tired of all this crap. The Xbox one is a complete disappointment and failure. Hopefully Apple comes
out with a system since ALL of their products run great and have less than half the issues as Microsoft.

 

The really sad part is that coercive The Enforcement Team are currently suspending and banning people for user generated content that is critical of the service. We as customers, been had constant issues for the past two years and the only consistent functionality
of the service appears to be that customers get punished on multiple fronts. Whether it be be at the hands of The Enforcement Team or by the constant bugs and over lack of common sense features and functionality. The "conspiracy theorists" were right, Microsoft
wants full control over your hardware and software in addition to continually monitoring your communication.

WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS! OUR VOICE SHOULD MATTER AND WE SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED FOR BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT HOW WE PERCEIVE THE LACK OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND/OR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

The "Ambassador Program" (Free Technical Support Labor) program is a failure and so is the "Preview Program" (Free Quality Assurance Labor). Its time to stop trying to get customers to answer technical support chats for free and its time to stop trying
to get customers to bug test for free if this is the kind of quality of service we can expect. Why continue to try to contribute our precious time and hard earned money to a service that doesn't value its customers from the top down?

 

I think it is time to switch to playstation because xbox live is allways *** up
