SO SICK OF XBOX LIVE AND XBOX ONE PROBLEMS !

I start my xb1, i watch a little netflix, then i go check the game store...bam xbox live DOWN AGAIN !

...i go try and start netflix, loading screen, then it minimizes and returns to my xb1 home screen, the following error screen pops up ' try again later, sorry we cannot start netflix for some reason (0x87de2713).

The app, games or movies..stores arent loading !

This is not the first time, it happens nearly every evening !

I didnt notice it before, because i was mainly playing games, but when i try to use the xb1 for watching tv shows, movies and net, this happens.

My internet connection is good and tested, everything else in my home works fine on my network, but not my xb1.

I am so sick of microsofts poor support and products, i am 37 years old and it has always been like this - why on earth do we put up with microsoft ?!

Dont even get me started on my lunar edition gamepad...i have changed it three times so far because of a creaking on the left handle ( its as though its not been snapped together correctly ) ....now this ones done the same.

I totally understand why all my friends and family have PS4 ! ....i feel like a total mug, well enough is enough, im sending it all back to GAME UK for a refund.

Ill never buy Microsoft again !

Totally understand your frustration. Currently there is an issue with digital content. I would suggest following the link below for updates, and clicking "Notify" for the most current updates. Hopefully it's up soon for everyone!

totally agree with svussloki.

It wouldn't be so terrible if the blu ray player app atleast worked but even that is down with xbox live. what I had to do was delete my network entirely to just play blurays on the console rather then it routing it threw the bdlive feature.

Go offline and the blue ray will work. I'm playing a dvd offline now.

What I think MS needs to do is make it easier to access Netflix or YouTube online where the xbox live is offline.

 

0x87de2712 error for me, i cannot play any downloaded games but i can play hard copies, halo 5 confirmed multiplayer gaming is possible as i just played warzone, but anything else is impossible as it keeps telling me to insert disc, but was disheartened
at the fact that i could not insert fist.

 

(i have the disc for halo 5)

 

i think im going to trade my xbox for a ps4 but i think i will have to give an extra $400 for them to even consider the trade

What makes me MAD is that I can log on my Xbox 360 that I keep for my grandkids and everything works. I am stating to wonder why I got this Xbox One instead of a PS.

 

same here. this whole situation is becoming very annoying. I will never download a game again, at least with a disk playing offline is granted. PS4 here I come!

Go offline and try it. Everything works offline if you have disks. Haven't tried downloaded games yet, but they may work as well.

There is a difference in the Xbox 360 where it won't give error codes for offline stuff.

 

Never ever had this problem before and we have three 360s and 2 Ones in the house. Having followed folks advise I have told my console to go offline and games appear to be working. Does this mean that the problem is purely Xbox live and not my console?

This is such bs, you buy a game and then can't play it when the server goes down. Wtf is wrong with microsoft....before I was on Live I never had this problem NEVER!!! They are pushing us all away with this garbage...Ps4 is looking a hell of a lot better.

 

This whole Xbox 1 thing is a complete piece of ***. Why in the world I bought this thing I will never know. Nothing ever works, problems after problems. Going to get a PS4 and send my xbox, probably wrapped in dog ***, back to Microsoft.
