    So sick of paying for videos that won't play


    Ok little upset first I am frustrated because I am a bit over paying for a video and it stops stalls, stops, boots me out of Xbox live all together. And it is Xbox not Hulu which almost always works fine. It isn't amazon which again is fine, nor it is Netflix.
    How is it that one of the biggest companies in the world cannot provide satisfactory service. If it was 1 day s month I'd probably ignore it but it seems that almost every week several times a week there are issues.

    So here I am a frustrated customer that wants to just send a simple email to CS saying hey, I am not happy with your service. And Microsoft takes me through the online version of a phone tree h3ll. So now I am properly angry because I clicked on contact
    us and contacting MS through a forum post isn't exactly what I had in mind. Because I am not going to get back on this ridiculous link fest.

    Anyhow, I know MS doesn't care about 1 customer being angry at spending money on the system and getting angry when it doesn't work. At best I'll get a OH M Y GOD we are SO sorry! response. Don't bother just know that your infrastructure team and ops or whatever
    you guys call the folks who keep your network running properly aren't doing their job.

    I work here in Silicon Valley have helped build a couple of great companies- Obviously we have had issues but nothing like this- We have never taken people's money and provided substandard service. You guys do week after week.

    That is all I got.

    PS it isn't my internet, it isn't HULU or AMAZON or NetFlix because they are work reliably- so it is MS video or whatever you call it now. Garbage- seriously

    Wireless controller buttons sticking.

    I have gone through 4 remotes. I always get remotes that the buttons just won't stop sticking. I am sick and tired of paying 60 dollars for faulty remotes. Helpppppp

    Well have you tried pausng the video and letting it buffer for a few minutes its not nesscarly MS' fault
