    After investigating the particular product you purchased, we have determined an issue that caused the purchase to not award a punch automatically. We are currently working on a hotfix for this issue, and hope to have it deployed soon. Once we can confirm
    that this fix has been released and you have been awarded accordingly, we'll update this thread. Apologies for the inconvenience.
