so instead of me violating any terms I can no longer use the service I PAY for or play the games I've purchased because some gears of war players are mad they lost so I get reported.This is absolutely ridiculous this is a peer to peer ban which is unbelievable.If
I were to get banned by Microsoft that fine but this is non sense .and FYI my rep is in the GREEN.

Why Can't I Have My Suspension Reviewed

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these forums. You can get information on your ban at the enforcement site if this is an Xbox ban and not a game specific ban https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US
Not all suspension are review-able as in 24 hr suspensions.

Also, players do can ban other players on xbox live and only a member of the enforcement team can do this which is an independent group. If you believe these players were cheating, you can also file a report on them too. Look up the info in the How To
section on the link I gave you ealier

The enforcement team are the only ones who can issue bans, not other players. For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

Other players do not have the power to ban other players, especially ones they do not personally like. That claim is always a bald-faced lie. They can, however, submit a valid report against you if you are violating the Code of
Conduct in any way. This report gets reviewed by Enforcement, and those people take action your account if necessary.

The Xbox Enforcement team does not post here on the forums, nor does anybody else have access to your Enforcement records to assist you any further.

You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your suspension history, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

I also play by microsoft rules i never cheat. Its just you get players that try to get you ban for no reason its just not cool microsoft needs to change

Only Microsoft enforcers can banned players. The player could not have banned you, he could have reported you wich may have resulted in a ban. you can look what you got banned for here http://enforcement.xbox.com/
