So my XboxLive account has been banned

Hello. I need an answer to this on going question. Why have I been banned and can I be unbanned? I got Xbox Live banned last night (1/15/22) around 11pm CST from Sea of Thieves. There was no warning or message telling me why I was banned or what I did wrong. I keep going back to the Enforcement page to see if anything has update but nothing has and I have proof saying that I have a "perfect record" as it claims but I can't even sign into my Xbox live account. I mainly use PC to play these games and the only thing I can think of that would remotely CONSIDER my ban is a chat I had with another player talking about him getting better at the game after HE called me and a friend of mine a couple of naughty gamer words in a PVP game, running the PVP flag. This chat lasted about 30ish minutes talking about how he and his crew could have fought back and won the fight and took our 3 hours worth of loot but I digress.

This ban came out of nowhere and I wasn't warned or told about this coming to me. I get that it doesn't need to happen but usually a first offense is a 24hour ban and I can just move on and forget that it ever happened but I have and I don't EXACTLY want to start from scratch again with ALL of my skins and cosmetics I've BOUGHT in the game and not have it rolled over to the next account if I can not get this account back. I've talked to the Support Bots and with no actual help in sight I kind of sit here wondering what exactly will happen. Please if any MODs or Admins or ANYONE can help me understand better my problem please do help me.

At least you have helped me best understand what is going on. I know slightly that they don't come this far but I needed something than to just sit and do nothing for the next week if something was amiss.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.

My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive

You will have to log in to the enforcement team website for information. You can also submit a case review if the ban is eligible. enforcement.xbox.com/home

support.xbox.com/contact if your account has been compromised and you believe you were banned do to your account being compromised. If you would like to submit your case to the enforcement team, you can go to http://enforcement.xbox,com/ to submit a case.
Be sure to sign into the account that has been banned.
