So my Xbox one controller when connected to my iPad works on almost all apps and on the home screen except for the cloud gaming website where it just doesn’t work. It claims that no controller is connected and it literally is connected so I don’t understand what’s wrong. This has happened to me before and it usually just went away after a bit but this time it hasn’t worked all day.
