so my xbox is just crazy?

my xbox has been strange lately, even without me doing nothing, or even just as I turn on the console, it just starts flashing the on symbol like when you open the tray, but it just does nothing, when i open the xbox dashboard it even says opening, but just
nothing happens, when i press "A" it works as usual and closes the tray and starts reading the disc, if I open it manually it opens as usual but it's been a problem, because when i play a disc game, it quits the game, and acts like if the tray is opening but
it does not open and just quitted the game, it started to happen randomly but now i just saw that as soon as i turn on the console, without touching the console's open tray button, it happens what should i do to repair this?

My Xbox is...just stupid

The timezone on my Xbox is set as 11:38 AM and it says the date is September 1, 2014. But currently it is 8:57 PM and it's the 8th of September. Idk when this happened but there's another problem too, it says I'm on connected to Xbox live but shows whose
online and gives me the options to start parties and everything. But when I try and start my own party it says that my party chat is blocked and I know my safety settings are on adult and I'm not suspended for anything. Can someone please help? Sorry if this
wasn't explained well I'm trying good at doing that if there's something you need me to say about it just ask.

Xbox is just ****

I have just installed a game and when I try to play it, it tells me something went wrong and that to complete the installation I have to uninstall and reinstall the game it has been **** 5 years since the Xbox one has came out and they still can’t fix simple

This seems to me as a hardware issue with your disc driver. I suggest you to send your console for repairs: Xbox One : Warranty and service

Is the console turned off only when upgrading? In all other cases does it normally work?
