So my rewards were wiped I don't know what happened

so I called 4 my Xbox and talked to them about it so my rewards has been wiped or reset or something I need all my stuff replaced for one it says I earned o lifetime rewards points when all I do is buy off of Microsoft store as well as my myvip stars have
been reset I was giving an offer to get my 5th VIP star if I spent $175 rollers in the store well I did and it never showed last week I checked it and it was under construction and today it's all wiped nothing's there I need this fixed or Playstation will
be my new system I should have well over 20000 points and five stars I was told by Xbox that you guys are the only ones to help so please

Migrated back from Colombia

What I think happened was I had the cards stacked. When they wiped my account the last card essentially ceased to exist. But you know what, they can keep it. I don't worry about money. I can always go buy another card but I will NEVER stack again. I also
have removed all of my payment options. Never again will I do that.

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Well after trying everything and nothing happening, I finally gave up and decided to face the likely truth that maybe I just need to get a new Xbox. Then, it suddenly turned on and it was on the troubleshoot screen, after trying to get everything to how
it originally was.. it was successful (or so I thought). Everything was super slow, it kept on crashing over and over, so I reopened the troubleshoot screen with surprisingly no issues and I just haven't been able to get it to work since. Bummer, but I'll
live. I may just need to get a new Xbox and that's fine with me as long as there are not any too difficult of a task or anything along the way. I'm also starting to reconsider my console choice, not saying it was Microsoft's fault or anything, but I've just
been wanting to test out a PlayStation once more for quite a while now since the Ps2 is the first console I've ever really played and that was just a very wholesome experience. Please don't leave hate comments, they'll be a waste of your time as I'm not going
to look at them. Thanks!
