    How can i go about getting them to fix it, I dont want a plain black or white one they would send, i just want my headphone jack fixed.

    BRING XBOX ELITE CONTROLLER TO DESIGN LAB

    I’ve had an Xbox elite controller for the past two years but wanted to be able to customize it. So, for Christmas this year I got a scuf controller that I designed myself. Compared to the elite controller, the scuf just sucked. I love the concept of the
    design lab and all the current options to customize an elite controller are so overpriced. I would love to see the Xbox elite controller be brought to the design lab! So my headphone jack just crapped out on my xbox design labs controller. I bought it in august ... :)

    Yes but i dont want a new controller cause all they will send is a new black or white one. I just want the motherboard switched or even the headphone jack fixed.
