    So, My gamerscore randomly went down.


    I had about 17,000 Achievement score, And I log on today, To see that it's been reduced to 1,215.

    It says I have no achievements for Gears Of War, The Division, ETC.

    When I have beat all those games. It doesn't make sense.

    I only have achievement score for 360 games.

    Army Of Two, Black ops 1, Gears of war 2, and so on.

    Please, Anyone out there who can fix this, Please help.

    Have you tried removing the profile from the console than adding it back on?

    On xbox.com, It also says the same thing - I have 1,215.

    But I have the achievements, Just no score for them.

    I would show you a screenshot, But apparently it's a "Bad Request" Error 400.

    This have happen to me before. I dont why it does this but it took a few days for my gamerscore to return to what is was. So if the restart dont work you can try removing or readding your profile. If this doesnt work it will work itself out like mines
    did.

    Hi there, sorry you are having issues. This actually sounds like a temporary service issue. I would imagine it will start working again. However in the mean time I would suggest a full power cycle, Xbox
    Power Cycle Instructions     to clear your cache. Also removing your profile from the console. Then power cycling and then re adding your profile will often fix most issues.

    Weird, I would try looking at your account via Xbox.com. Could be a Temporary Issue.
