So my console was banned and I still have no idea why ‍♀️

I got communication banned for the first time on the 16th and after 24 hrs the ban was lifted like normal. However, A week later on the 21st my console was banned. I waited 24 hrs to see if it was just something with my account, the next day I called support
and they couldn't help to figure out as to why my console was banned in the first place and told me to wait another 24 hrs. So I waited again and called support for them to confirm that it was in fact a temporary console ban til October 6. The employee told
me the reasons that someone could get console banned and none of them match my situation. I was told to post here on the forums about it despite the fact that the enforcement team doesn't read the forums. Support also informed me that unfortunately there's
no one that I could call in regards to this either. So here I am stuck with a two week ban with no clear cause and no notification of the ban either(no email, no XBL message, nothing) and no way to prove that this ban was wrongly placed . This honestly is
crazy

My console is banned and i have no idea why?

It's only me and my son who uses this console, and i only found out now that he bought an account from some website to get cheaper fifa points or something, he spent his Christmas money on that and now he is sorry as he has no console to play. Is there any
chance to appeal against this ban as it was once off.

He never violated anything or anybody as his profile shows he has perfect record.

Where do i appeal?

It's not possible to appeal a console suspension as those are final. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable as I mentioned. You can however find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your
Xbox Live Gamertag.

It's funny because i was told to use the forum as appeal by xbox staff in the live chat. I guess this is the way how to put people off. Funny thing is that he is only a 10 year old naive child and if he doesn't deserve another chance i don't know who does.
Well done Microsoft, well done 200eur console down the toilet be the big one, i say 3 months ban would be more in place, he surely would not do the same again. Either way thanks.

Apologies for any confusion with the chat team. To clarify, up until about 6 months ago or so, the enforcement teams did actually have a forum that was used on here to communicate about suspensions. They have since turned to the case review program and communicate
all information through that. The email communication would be sent to the email address on file with the Gamertag in question.

Sometimes I've seen users find the email in the spam folders, so please make sure you check there as well.
