    So my chat headset that came with my new Xbox One (Cod AW bundle) will literally not fit in ...


    I've tried many times over several days to figure out how to fix this. It's bugging me because I can't play with my friends. How do I make sure I get it in correctly without damaging the controller? Is it damaged already? If so, are there any fixes available.

    Are other people having this problem too?

    Hi,

    I recently purchased the Xbox One 1TB bundle from Game UK. The bundle came with the newly designed controller and chat headset with a 3.5 jack that plugs directly in to the controller without the need for an adapter. I am impressed with the new headset and
    want to purchase one for my son. I have been informed that this new headset is not available to purchase as a stand alone item. The question is: What is the point of releasing a new controller with jack plug but no availability of a headset to fit it?

    MS Headset adapter help

    Just bought the new cod aw controller. My headset adapter won't fit in the controller. It fits in all my other controllers, I'm at a loss for what to do. Anyone have any ideas or tips?

    Make shure that you^ve removed all protecting Stickers...

    yes the first time is a Little bit hard.

    there is nearly no way to damage it, as Long you take the wright side up.

    there is just one Logical way to connect it, like it is showed on Blacksmurf`s link...

    Just do it.

    Make shure that you^ve removed all protecting Stickers...

    yes the first time is a Little bit hard.

    there is nearly no way to damage it, as Long you take the wright side up.

    there is just one Logical way to connect it, like it is showed on Blacksmurf`s link...

    Just do it.

    I recently purchased the 1TB bundle here in the UK. It came with a new controller and also a headset fitted with the 3.5 jack that can be fitted directly in to the controller without the adapter. The headset is excellent but unfortunately cannot be purchased
    as a separate item. Will Microsoft ever released a headset that fits directly in to the new designed controller?

    You're using the stock headset that came with your Xbox One bundle?

    That mono headset only inputs and outputs game and party chat on the Xbox One. You wouldn't be able to hear TV sound with that.

    Here is ONE brand of headsets that would be able to do what you are asking for:
