    So my account indefinite suspended because they thought I was the one who hacked into her...


    So my account indefinite suspended because they thought I was the one who hacked into her account. I tried to do an appeal but I got denied. Is there anyway to get a hold of someone so this can get fix?

    Tried Microsoft support but they said “ we don’t have access to help with this”.

    I absolutely agree! My son's account got banned, and they will not give me specifics as to what he did in the first place to get banned. Just a generic response when I filed the appeal. I even replied to their case review email and they never respond. He has alot of time into his account. Not to mention that he used his xbox to stream tv shows, netflix, etc. and this suspension has locked him out completely from everything. That's not right, even if he deserves the xbox live suspension.

    So just because they jumped to conclusions and they thought I was the hacker on my girlfriends account and the appeal doesn’t let you type anything of the sort. They jump to the conclusion I was the hacker. Now I lost 10+years of games and everything else. Just because they won’t listen/ bad appeal process
