I stupidly made a LFG post for gta titled something like "modded money drop job" when it was really just a deathmatch where I would get into a savage helicopter and kill others over and over again, increasing my K/D stat.



yes, this was scummy, yes I regret it. however after taking a look at the TOU/TOS and "community standards" page, I honestly do not think I'm in the wrong here. (before you get heated let me explain)



yeah, I did what I did, yes, do regret it, however, I think that you (the reader) would agree that it would've been nice to at least get a "hey bro don't do that, you've got like 100 reports in the last hour, I'd quit while you're ahead" but no, I get off
at like 9pm, get on at like 2pm, and boom, "your account has been permanently suspended" over 7k hours of gta online progress gone in an instant, POOF. GTA online is the only game I play on xbox, everything else was on PC, about a month before this happened,
I bought RDR2 and started playing it, I should've rolled up that $60 and smoked it.



I made a case review, then 2 days later it gets a "reply" this is it:

they completely skipped the other 2 "steps" of the case review, no "need info" no "decision" just "summary" and "upheld"



has anybody actually gotten their account back from this? is there anything I can do? am I just done for?

what I'm SUPER confused about is the fact that THIS is what gets me banned, when there's 1000s of "act 2 b2b u first, show proof" posts every day that capitalize of a money glitch, but I'm the one that gets the short end of the stick being perma banned for
a dumb lie, when there's godmode glitchers in every lobby that go off scott free. how is that right, 7000 hours of my life I played that game, 4 years of xbox live gold, gone in an instant.



my sleep schedule revolved around this game, every Wednesday night I'd stay up so I could be online when they update the tunables for new discounts or 2x$ opportunities, I was there for every major content update since 2017.



if anybody has any questions or anything like that, or any info, just something to give me closure, I have so much time that I don't know what to do with it now.
