So much wrong were to start

Hi I am currently and since purchase of xbox1 having problem with the party system. Half the time it won't work the party connects but I cant talk or hear anyone. When I get messages or invites or even when someone does join the party the notification won't
show for hours sometimes. When I get achievements they also take hours to pop I was playing Mcc and the skull achievements poped 7 hours later while playing Netflix. My nat type says its open cone. And my router and ports are all set properly. Even have static
up set up on my xbox. I try the cache trick by holding button to power off console and unplug it for 2 mins and even right at start up have the same issues. Plz help soon if this dost get resolved in next few weeks I'm going to return my xbox to Wal-Mart while
its still refundable. Mcc was my reason for getting xbox 1 and it still don't work either the gift for apology is a joke too so help and redeem my faith in xbox before I have to return it

The way some posters responded to the last person on here who claimed he was innocent was ridiculous, i said in the thread that massive firms do make mistakes so they should not rush to make a judgement. 2 posters imparticular were very harsh i bet you can
guess who they where.

If they had banned me unfairly, then offering 1600points and 3 month gold would be too little too late, but I've never been one to butt up against a wall.

 

Me and my friends are having the same issues. Got my xbox one 6 months ago and party chat was fine but since a few weeks ago we keep connecting but are unable to hear each other. Come on Microsoft what's going on?

 

Can help notice xbox ignores message they don't like I guess they don't want me as a customer
