So much problems (xbox parties, game connections, ect)

I'm having some major issues here. Heres my delio.

So me and a friend got a one early november. everything went fine. 2 of our other best friends got Ones for Christmas and there always seems to be a problem.

Most of the time, the problems are as follows;

Some sort of combination of people are muted in the 4 of our parties. 3 people can talk and hear eachother but the other cant hear a thing OR 2 of us can hear and talk to eachother but cant hear the other 2 at all. We've tried all the usual stuff (switch
to gamechat and back. mute yourself, then unnmute. mute party, then unmute. Hard resetting console then retrying.)

Games cant be joined. Same combinations as the parties (3 can but 1 cant. 2 can join eachother but not other 2.)

A game specific one is crazy. Sometimes when we try minecraft and everything starts messing up, the entire console lags HARDCORE. and it causes any combination of these things;

*Turns off controller on its own

*Makes my kinect turn off and not work (until i hard-reset console a couple times)

*freezes everything BUT if i try a voice command, it hears it and pops up, but other than the notification in the top right, nothing changes.

And before anyones says, no, our internets are fine, our NATS are open. We can play our 3ds/Wii U's together just fine and we can play the Xbox 360 itself just fine (like we are right now. Perfectly. all talking and playing BL2 atm)

Is this a result of the attack from the Team Lizard people?

Still no solution..

It so frustrating that we are both thinking about to buy the PS4 instead of XBOX One, just because of the connection problems in games and parties.. It's really annoying.

 

Been having all the same problems. We just have to wait for Microsoft to get there priorities in order, and fix this problem.

 

It's never going to get fixed, Microsoft hasn't fixed issues that have been around since day 1 of the console release, they're not going to do anything about any new issues they've caused.

 

Got an XB1 for the family for Christmas and it is having all of the same issues and then some. Who knows what the problem is, but I came on here to look it up and it seems to be a consistent problem by everyone not just me and my select group of friends.
