So much for Heavy Duty

A real shame it was replaced by Gun Game. I was right about to give the multiplayer another try, but not anymore. Do you think there's any hope for the mode to come back? It was the only one I could stand as other modes feel like MGS played on European Extreme.

^^It would be like switching from core to hc and back just for a few game modes,. I've never cared to switch back and forth frequently it just takes too long to get used to the difference.

 

didn't realise they took away h/d but gun game is a good addition

i just wish they would give bare bones a re-run

as for the health thing generally it doesn't bother me because i kill just as fast as the enemy can kill

 

I started playing it because I thought it would be the best place to get rescue kills for my shotties. I'm down to the last shotgun and have a few of the rescue kills on it ...... back to some cranked I reckon. That seemed to be my next best bet for them.
....... even though with limited health they are harder to come by.

I did start to like it because of the moshpit of some of my favorite modes. I'm s really suprised they removed it, as it seemed to be pretty popular.

 

I do great on KC. I never played h/d or even heard of it.

 

They got rid of Heavy Duty because there were only 400 people in it at a time, which is terrible. But they did add the Heavy Duty options to private match.

 

The options to increase health have been there in private matches since the beginning. What did they do different? Just change the name on the slider bar?

 

I tried Heavy Duty once but given that all the players were American, I was dying immediately and killing them in about 10 hitmarkers.

Needless to say, I played about two games.

 

Hmm... Never had to play against Americans in Heavy Duty. The decreased health mixed with my location makes other modes no fun for me. Maybe if they had added dedicated servers it wouldn't be as bad, but as it is now, multiplayer is dead to me. For once
I don't feel like going for max level in CoD. Why does the number of modes have to be so limited Perhaps I'll one day boot up MP just to humiliate people in Gun Game.
