So me and my friend are being harassed and Xbox doesn't seem to want to ban the person that...

So the decision was upheld and the reason is i reported a persons messages to much. Just to be clear i didnt report one message over and over agin the players continuously messaged me and mocked me about being banned and the person is the buddy of the person
who got me banned. So i got banned for harassment because i was reporting the person who was harassing me while i was still communication banned.

Look, I’m 100% a clean player and don’t harass other people on Xbox live. I was playing with my best friend on Warzone and I only play Warzone. The whole 4th of July I played with him, and another person at the time I got banned. So you tell me how I can
harass an opponent, even though they can’t even talk?!

There is a person who is harassing my friends and I through multiple fake accounts... Is there a way for Microsoft to see the accounts are connected to each other ...?

If Microsoft finds out that multiple accounts are used on the same console to harass people, they will eventually ban the whole console from connecting to Xbox Live eventually.

Alternatively, if you just want to play in peace without having to constantly report, try the following:

Make sure you and your friends are on each other's friend list, and that the harassing person's main gamertag is not on your friend lists.

Then go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings and set your online and privacy features to "Friends only".

That way, only known people that are already on your friend list can contact you. Everyone else is blocked. So the person can create as many bogus accounts as they want, they won't be able to harass you any more.

Eventually that person will become bored, and stop after a few weeks or months. Then you can switch your online and privacy settings back to "Everyone" if you want.

See I have no problem with the communications ban I deserve that but my profile being banned is the problem it was banned because I reported there messages as they sent them. I never reported one message more than once but they say it's harassment all I
did was report the person's message because he was harassing me about being banned. And if you would have read it through you would have seen that I admitted to deserving the com's ban instead of trying to be the all mighty it's your behavior that's the problem
and just a heads up I am not the only person that thinks the enforcement team should be changed in a couple of ways like the way they communicate between the banner and the person being banned

The only thing we users can do about harassement is reporting and blocking. Probably this person is being banned but is being able to create another Microsoft/Xbox account to keep doing this.

The person can even receive a console ban and still be able to purchase other console and keep the harassment. Unfortunately there's so much we players or even Xbox can do.

Even if Xbox ban a person by the IP, the person can use a proxy or VPN and bypass it. The person can also change the MAC Address and a lot of other things. So I'm really sorry about this, but pretty much all bans can be "bypassed" somehow.
