So many unaddressed problems with this game

OK, I'm going to assume that someone from Microsoft will read this post. Yes, I know that I'm pissing in the wind here. I'll be kinda nice with this first post, but only this time.

Another assumption is that Microsoft (MS) isn't aware of the many problems with Bingo because they have no staff working on the product, i.e., the product has been abandoned. With that in mind, this post is probably moot. However, just in the off=chance
that someone from MS eventually reads this post...I'll unload here!

Hey MS, there are thousands of Bingo players who cannot understand why you have put this game out there (for free), and have done next to nothing to improve it over 4 years! We cannot understand why there are continual server problems (do you use a hat
with aluminum foil antennae?), why we continually do not get the awards we earned, why we continually have problems sending and receiving gifts..ad infintum! Every day is a new problem, yet we sheep continue to believe that MS will improve. And, each day
we realize that we are nothing in the eyes of MS. BTW, this sort of lack of support is why I bailed from MSOFT stock several years ago.

Do us a favor please. Please!!! Either put some assets into this game or kill it! The way it works now, it's as useless as *** on a boar hog!

Many problems with this game EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

I echo many of the problems others have inquired about. Loosing credits, getting booted out in the middle of receiving credits etc EXTREMELY EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!!! PLEASE FIX!!

Balance Changes 4th December

The constant nerfing and buffing, all the while bugs abound persist unaddressed. Path the damn game, then continue to waste time with game "balance" changes.

I agree. I had the game crushing several times. It is annoying especially when you try to redeem your rewards and poof off it goes. And even though it is a free game, there are actually people buying coins, power ups etc with real money. My guess is, that
more and more people will stop playing if the problems are not being solved. And yes, I would be one of them.

as though your console needs it.

Thanks for following up, THE1AUTOCRAT. The descriptions in your original post about how your console freezes, the disc tray won't open correctly, and the graphics degrade definitely points to a repair. However, it's definitely up to you whether you want
to send it in or not. Regardless of your decision, please make sure to refrain from any self or unauthorized repairs as that would violate the
Terms of Use.

If you'd like to conduct some more tests just to cover all your bases before sending your console in, I would recommend running through the troubleshooters related to the issues you are experiencing. "Screen
Freeze Solution" and "Disc Drive Solution" would be a good place to start.

Hope this helps provide you with some further steps going forward. Keep us posted on how the troubleshooter work out.

I'm not under warranty anymore. But, I think I'll try that can of air stuff. The xbox stays in the basement and I have tried cleaning it out, but never with the can of air method. Thanks.

See, I understand that this could be possible. But there's something stopping me from going down the "pay for repairs" route.

The xbox plays fine as long as it's an older game. What kind of hardware would be selective about how broken it is? That's like saying your car is broke only when your aunt is riding with you. It just doesn't make any sense at all.

I can play Dead Island, Halo 3, Saints Row 2, Minecraft, and probably more without it ever giving me the Open Tray thing. But when I try to play a few other games, it takes it forever to load it. And even then, it will pop up the window telling me to clean
the disc. Keep in mind, I clean every disc when I play a game. Especially when I know it doesn't want to play.

In short, none of this sounds like a call for repairs to me. It's just extremely weird and I'm kind of looking for someone who might be more knowledgeable about it to give me some more answers besides, "I don't know, try throwing hard cash at it. That solves
everything."
