So many disappointing things keep happening to me on my Xbox One

I chose to buy the Xbox One over the PlayStation 4 because I had the 360, it was a mean machine and it had m favourite game; Gears of War. However recently I've started to question my judgement because there are so many things that annoy me about the console.
I don't like the layout of the home screen for example, I have pinned things to the home screen before and they go missing. Perhaps this is just a glitch but sometimes when I turn on the Xbox my friends tab is nowhere to be seen at all so I have to snap
the app which is time consuming and defeats the point.

Also storage is an issue. I have 6 games and about 3-5 digital downloads that are not big games. I have games like Chariot and Geometry Wars 3 downloaded, like I said, not big games at all in terms of storage. What am I going to do when it hits full capacity?
Delete a game and then spend 45 minutes waiting for it to reinstall again? That's a joke. I'm currently waiting for The Evil Within to install so I thought I would build a house in the time it takes to install. Why does it take so long? Also why can't I play
my games offline? That's my biggest gripe of all. I paid for these games and I followed the stupid little message to make my system my home Xbox and it accomplishes nothing. I feel like you're stealing my money, I can't play any games offline even though I
paid money for them.. Sort it out!

And last but not least why does the Netflix app keep crashing? It's beyond useless at times!

Xbox One Headset Disconnection Quits Game

It's happening more than ever now. This Xbox is one of the worst investments I've ever made. It's disappointing on so many levels.

 

Freezing, frame rate drops and sttutering in all games.

same happening to me for a cpl weeks with MGSV TPP, and rocket league. Games are literally unplayable right now and xbox hasnt even addressed fixing this. Very upset and disappointing. Xbox has been out too long now for this crap to keep happening.

 

Hi... Sorry that I can't answer all of your Questions but as for Storage you can plug an external HDD into Your Xbox one to expand its Storage Space.. The requriements are that it has to be minimum 256GB and USB 3.0.. I went for a 2Tb USB 3.0 WD my passport
drive... but essentially any HDD that meets the minimum requirements can be used..
