So... Larry Hryb Tweeted About The ULTIMATE GAME SALE 2016!

This "ultimate" sale is pretty disapponting, again. A good portion of these titles are either pretty much regularily on sale or have been on sale recently. There's a noticeable lack of season passes & DLC, too. How hard is it to put the season pass and/or
DLC content on sale when you have the deluxe editions on sale?

There are a few games on sale tempting me.

 

Unravel is brilliant. I'd get that if you haven't already.

 

Thinking of picking up The Evil Within. Is it worth it? Is it any good?

 

^I think it's brilliant, one of my favourite games this generation, but if you only get the main game you're only getting half the story. It won't make complete sense until you play the DLC's, but the game is quite mind bending when you first play it, like
what even happened? Haha.

I really enjoy the combat as well, when you hold the pistol for example, it's not like other games where the crosshair stays perfectly still so you tend to miss during intense moments when an enemy is too close.

Also the music that plays when you can enter your safe zone is just lovely, never get sick of that tune it's like instant relief when you hear it in the distance, you'll know what I mean if you play it, haha.

 

So... has anyone bought anything from the sale?

 

I should also add that
MURDERED SOUL SUSPECT is a steal at $5 for those who don't have it.
IMO.

 

I haven't picked anything up yet. Going through all my options and trying to decide. How do you like the MURDERED SOUL SUSPECT game?

 

Murdered Soul Suspect is a great little title....good looking, good story, loads of collectibles, slow paced well worth a play.

 

There are a lot of great deals. Unravel is on top of my list. Gonna pick up a few stragglers, FC primal, Division, quantum. All games I feel didn't warrant a day one purchase. BTW, If you use the BC function, Red Dead is a Steal for 7.50$, BC this Friday...

 

"Murdered Souls Suspect" is a great game and an absolute steal for that price.

Another steal is "Ryse: Son Of Rome" still one of the best and coolest games released this Gen.

You'd be crazy to not pick up "Titanfall" if you don't have it already.

I picked up "Assassin's Creed: Syndicate: Gold Edition" which I think is pretty good for the whole game and all it's DLC. Since I never had this before then it's a great deal.

Unfortunately on a lot of other games I'm in the same boat as others who own the game and would be interested in the DLC rather than an "Ultimate Eidition".

No DLC bargains just yet.

(Oh yeah, "Evolved: Ultimate Edition"... bargain & great game)

 

Souls Suspect is awesome. Glad your a fan of RYSE. One of the system sellers for me. Have to disagree with Titanfall. Dun know the price so if a steal I say why not. Tired of AC games. Last one to enjoy was BF...no pun intended...I havn't seen any dlc bargains
either and a little perplexed...well see I guess.

 

So far I've picked up Party Hard and the Evil Within.

Murdered Soul Suspect is really good btw.
