So is Xbox Live garbage? Or is it my service provider.

it always freezes a few times when I play......this is something new........says its up and running but still cant seem to even get into xbox live.........if I didn't have so much time invested in what I play I would move as well.....getting old.....

xbox wireless ,when playing games it keeps lagging and is so frustrating ,is it a problem with xbox or my service provider

What Internet Service Provider are you using to connect to Xbox Live?

I am using AT&T to connect to Xbox Live.

 

Ok, so my friend had to download an xbox live update, but the update kept restarting itself. after it finally finished, he wasn't able to get his profile to connect to xbox live.

We've tried the following to try and fix it: Delete and re download the profile (the profile is corrupted), Clearing the system cache, Updating security proofs, and Reset the xbox 360 to factory defaults. I should probably note that we downloaded his profile
onto my xbox 360, and it worked fine, it wasn't corrupted and it could connect to xbox live. So is this a problem with the profile or Xbox 360?

 

oh yeah its freezing my whole xbox and i wont go elsewhere ill just quit all together cuz im over 200 hundred dollars into xbox live just this year

 

yeah it does i could understand if it was just a few times every few months but its been almost everyday for me here lately

 

Unfortunately I am having the exact same issue.

On the "service status" page on Xbox.com it says:

"Good news, Xbox members! If you were having trouble signing into Xbox Live, the issue has been resolved. Thanks for hanging in there while we worked!"

Well, no it isn't. Many of us are still having issues.

 

Yeah, Microsoft makes it easy to switch to sony now-a-days. Same problem here

 

Same thing Says im connected but i cant do anything on live it says im not logged into live i test connection no errors but then try to play again same problem

i get one maybe 2 games in and it kicks me from live... now i cant play period, even though i have 2 months of live services left. a waste of my hard earned money!!!!

 

and will not connect back unless I go back to the dashboard.

I mean really?

This connectivity crap is happening way too often now. Our online subscription fee isn't enough to keep our service protected anymore or something?

Hello ive been having trouble with my account I can sign in on xbl but when I go on any game it signs me out but doesn't pop up saying so, I can't play any game online and it's starting to pee me off, ive cleared my cache on my memory and deleted and re
downloaded my account, restarted my modem an still nothing. Any help would be nice thanks
