    So incredibly frustrated


    My sons got an Xbox One for Christmas. There were so many problems getting it installed because of service issues that they went back to playing the 360. We finally got the One up and running, but we have had terrible problems logging on to live (mostly
    on the 360's). If and when we do finally get logged on, half the time they get kicked back off again. We have gotten a new router. It's a top of the line Linksys. Should easily reach everywhere in our 1300 sq foot house. We took the old modem in to Comcast
    and got a new one. We have had Comcast come out to check our connection to the house. It all keeps coming back to it being an Xbox issue. My kids don't get to play often; it's a huge treat for them when they get to. For 3 weeks now I have been dealing
    with disappointment after disappointment because they can't get connected to Xbox live. One of my sons didn't have an Xbox live account. It took us 3 days to get connected long enough to get him signed up. But now he can rarely get logged in, so what's
    the point? The other boy has an xbox gold membership. I might as well be flushing money down the toilet given how little he's been able to play it recently. Anyone have any idea when these issues might be resolved? This is ridiculous.

    Controller disconnects but light is solid?

    I also get this issue, incredibly frustrated with it, im considering just returning everything for a full refund as gaming is not enjoyable at the moment

    Okay so I just read that apparently I can't attempt to TALK ABOUT my hardware issues or my about will be banned? Are you kidding me??? This isn't communist Russia 1975... I OWN this console and if it is a piece of junk at only 13 months old then I OWN the
    right to try and fix it however my pocketbook seems appropriate- I PAY for a gold account (which actually is ridiculous just to use apps)... So if you're going to ban my monthly account payment then you go right ahead because my xbox is a useless box of plastic
    right now- and my Wii is FREE.

    Good LORD Microsoft you're crazy and greedy

    Incredibly Frustrating. Error code

    Have you tried all of these:

    1. Unplug any accessories attached to your console, such as a headset, the Xbox 360 Chatpad, or the Kinect sensor.

    2. Delete your profile.

    3. Clear your system cache three times.

    4. Recover your Gamertag.

    5. Update your security proofs.

    6. Restart your console.

    If it still doesn't work, try to contact Xbox Support for further assistance.
