Region and curreny problems

I am unable to purchase with my Microsoft account money.

I've purchased a pre-paid card in Austria which is in Euros, and i was unable to redeem it in Hungary (because Hungary has different currency).

I"ve read some threads, and now i've changed my region to Austria (i am still in Hungary). The code worked now, but i am unable to purchase anything from the store. When i try to do it on XBOX it says the item is not avaiable in my region. When i try
it via pc it says i have no valid payment options.

Now i am confused. What should i do?

Please help me

Can't buy any games

I just redeemed a gift card and now have 20$ on my account, but whenever I try to buy a game with it, it says "you have no valid payment options on file". I don't get why I can't purchase any game, even though my Microsoft account shows me my payment options.
When I click on the button that pops up to "change payment options", a tab opens which reads: "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system." Please, help!

That's because in order to buy xbox 360. Games you need a valid payment option

You can only use currency on the website with xbox one gsmes

Currency can only be used xbox 360 console

Awareness is only good if it effects change in the attitudes of the consumers. For example, being aware that the company are locking content on the disc is poor practice won't have much of an effect unless it affects consumers to stop purchasing the DLC
unlock code. I'm interested to see what the breaking point will be for this when the consumer majority refuses to purchase a product because the developer/publisher has gone too far.

For me its all games and apps that where downloaded recently. Tryed downloading apps like xbox insider hub. Same error code 0x97e107df.

Im on xbox one.

Hi, I recently bought both Final Fantasy: Advent Children and Van Hell Sing both on HD.

When I tried to play either one of these, I received the "803c0008" error code. Thing is.. I'm signed in with my active license, so this is complete nonsense and I've just wasted roughly £21.(Also, my console is only four months old.)

I've looked all over the internet for other reports and have found them, but absolutely no solutions.

As this is tantamount to fraud, I would like a full refund for what are, effectively; failed purchases.

Keep in mind that neither purchases have been downloaded, so there is no option to delete anything. Until Xbox LIVE miraculously changes its mind, I'm stuck unable to watch what I have paid for.
