You can't save offline to the cloud. That doesn't make any sense. (Cloud = online.)

So your game presumably only saved locally (to the hard drive) and that save was probably deleted when you reset the console. (Not sure if there is a setting for keeping/deleting save games, since I've never done that.)

As for storage settings, it doesn't show you the cloud. That's normal. The only way to look at your cloud saves is by selecting the game, pressing the Menu button and going to "Manage game."

I did check the site, and no one had any suggestions. Only one person said they cleared their local and cloud save and started a new game which got it to work. Problem is the game is a super grind and I've unlocked a ton of stuff which I don't want to do
again.

I'm trying to see if there is a way to backup my save. clear the local and cloud save, get the achievement and then reload my save. I have 2 Xboxs, would it be possible to install the game on my second Xbox, clear the local and cloud save, get the achievement,
clear local and cloud save again, then fire up my main Xbox with my game save on it?

Same problem. I've never moved anything to the cloud save so it's not that bug. I've checked in my storage and the ME2 save files are there, including the one I beat ME2 with. The only issue I see anyone reporting on is the cloud save bug. Help!

i recommend saving everything to cloud save storage from now on just so this bug never deletes your stuff again

If your cloud couldn't give you the information or save progress that you need then this only means that you have failed to properly save your game progress. It cannot be the fault of the cloud. Cloud needs you to save your stuff to it so it can give you
back what you need.
