Covid-19, so absolutely no response from Microsoft. No avenue of support whatsoever.

Forums show that a volunteer who can lock threads and is (or is not) a representative of Microsoft is speaking for Microsoft, which Microsoft supports the decision making, can't fix a simple account error, but can take the time to be offensive without attempting
to address any issue...

Please, are you seriously, by your *working* to keep closing these threads telling me that Microsoft does not have anyone I can speak with in regards to my financial transactions, despite getting support from an officlal microsoft account verifying your
ability?

Please, explain to me your justification for closing the discussion voluntarily, and their consent to act upon their behalf.

You were told in your original thread that you can contact support and how to contact support. That is the only way to speak to someone in regard to billing.

Hi there,

No one in the forums is able to assist with suspensions as only the Enforcement Team can respond to them. They don't use the forums.

Here are a couple things you can do.

You can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to submit a case review on the suspension/get details on the extension. The case review is the only way to contact the Enforcement Team.

If it's after the time it was set (If it was issued at 1 am UTC, it will lift at 1am UTC), and it's not lifted, do a controller update and see if that clears anything up.

I would love to get a response on this so we can resolve the issue with the Minecoins. They were Christmas gifts to my kids and they are dying to use them!
