So I went of xbox for a bit then it when I went to play on it again it asked for a password...

You need to set up your account with a legitimate email address that is associated with you, not some random email address you made up or is someone else's email address.

No one would have access to your password, not even support. You would need to reset it. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-profile/manage-account/lost-password-solution

Had this issue occur Friday night, my account asked me to put in my password, which was odd since I didn't have it changed it a bit, and each time I entered my password, I got a password error. So I went to the email associated with the account and changed the password. When I went back to log in on the 360, I kept getting the error code in mention. After several more attempts, I noticed the profile wasn't there anymore. So I went to download the profile, and now I'm met with Account Credentials/Password issues. I'm currently a bit frustrated and hope there is a solution.

Went to try this. Forgot i had not tried signing out. Only turning off. So i signed out and then in and it started asking for my password...which is never asks for. Now it works :/ it maybe glitched out n forgot my password? This dashboard always seems a
bit iffy.

No there are no problems until I try to actually sign in to live. It was asking for me email and password so I entered them and it said that it couldn't sign in at the time. So I changed it and then it was saying my password was wrong so I changed it again
and it went through buy still wouldn't connect. So I deleted my profile and I went to re download it and it can't do that at this time either.
