    Cover art dissapeard

    It's about time Microsoft sorted this out and stored the cover art locally on the console.I expect cover-art online and offline.Its disgusting that Microsoft are making us think they are doing us a favour by giving us cover-art.

    Does the cover-art show up when Xbox One is offline ?

    Thumbnails from game library missing

    I'm also having this issue. First it started with some games showing the generic xbox live covert art with green swirl while other games' art loads up fine. Clearing the system cache may it somewhat worse as now instead of the generic cover art, I get
    the missing art icon on some games but not others. Also after clearing system cache, the missing cover art is on different games than before where as it used to have cover art. I don't think its related to delisted games because the games showing missing
    cover art are still being sold such as ducktales:remastered and castle crashers.

    There have been glitches like that happening for quite a while now. It would be an issue with Xbox's servers.

    That's the Project Sparks game graphic. Since late last week it's been randomly appearing with other game discs and elsewhere within the Dashboard as well (example: if you have FEZ, N+ and Trials HD listed in your games menu, you'll see the same mismatched
    image).

    Indeed it's a server glitch. Best to call in and report it, or hopefully someone at Microsoft is reading this and taking note so it can be corrected.

    I have the same issue. I tried clearing the cashe and deleting and reinstalling but it does not help. This keeps happening. Same thing happened some months back with kingdom and lords showing up on certain game covers. Not sure how Microsoft does not notice
    this. If they would just store the image on the hard drive instead of loading the images from a server.. this issue would not happen.

    Hello, not sure if people still have this issue here or not but, I solved it my 360. I noticed a corrupted file for the Crackle app so I deleted that and then I cleared the cashe on both the internal drive and my external drive three times. Powered off and
    then powered on again. All was fine. Look for corrupted files and try this process.

    Missing Cover Art

    1st of all Aegis Wing is a U.S. only game so the cover art will not be on the UK dashboard. Halo CE has never shown the cover art, even when I have played it. The other games not showing cover art, could be that the other games don't have their cover art
    just yet. They is actually quite a few games that don't have their cover art (Sonic the Hedgehog 1 is one without cover art at the moment on the marketplace).
