So I was Perm banned and my other post was taken down...

So i have already posted about my account being banned but Xbox took my post down... Way to treat a loyal customer... But for real I want to know why I was banned and if i was playing with people that were using modded items how was I supposed to know
that they were using those? Like how can i check? And even if they were using those items gearbox has clearly stated that they allow people to modify their game and character and they love people modding their game... I understand that Xbox as their own console
does not allow that but, BUT it is not a Microsoft developed game so gearbox has a say in this and they have already spoken. So again I want to know the real reason why I was banned today at 8:34 AM and why one of my looking for group posts was taken down
for no reason...

Yeah i know that but still , he got perm banned for trashtalking like what i got some 1 day or 2 ban for thag but never a perm ban and i was posting becaise now its just too late im perm banned and i dont know what to do so im trying

If you already filed for the case review and it was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

so, ive been perm banned twice. im jus wondering if i get reported one time such as false report does tht lead to perm ban? or regular banned because last time i got reported once nd got perm banned.

Also you wont get banned simply because you are reported. All reports are investigated by the enforcement team before a ban/suspension is handed down.

If anything the person making the false report would be the one getting banned/suspended as abusing the report feature is against the rules.
