so i turned codes for minecraft that came with the game it saids i downloaded but i can't play ...

Games (even games that came with a console bundle) are tied to a user account, not the console hardware.

So the account that first redeemed the Minecraft on that console has to do the re-downloading of the game.

The console itself can't "own" Minecraft. However, the owner account of the game can make the console their "Home Console", and then the console can share that game ownership to other accounts playing on that console.

So make sure you're signed in with the very same account that originally redeemed the Minecraft that came with your console. Every other user account does not own the game and therefore can't download it again.

Same here i just woke up this morning to play minecraft and it said to test connection and then I did and it connected, so i tried again and this time i tried to download it again but it said Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again
later.

I couldn't sign in, I did everything right signed from the website, entered the code and waited at first a message came and it said something went wrong I've tried to sign in again and another message came and it said "this Microsoft account is already
connected to another account please another one" or something like that, tried to to close the game and turn on again but I can't sign in

I purchased Gold (12 months), when it was purportedly bundled with "free Minecraft." I STILL have not received the code and feel scammed at this point.

Customer Service said they can't help me and that I should post here. CSR was kind and helpful, but alas couldn't fix this issue

edit: i should note that I purchased Gold through an advertisement on my dashboard, where it said that Minecraft Favourites Pack came with 12 months of Gold, and Minecraft vanilla came with 3 months. I opted for 12 months, and was happy to do so. but again,
now i feel pretty scammed out of my money, unless this issue is fixed. needless to say, i'll be weary purchasing new promotions with "free bonuses" going forward

Same. I hope there is either a way to fix this, or microsoft will release a hotfix to patch it.
