So I refunded a pack and i still have the rewards

No, just dont use the pack at all and it will be removed. Your funds can take 3-5 business days to receieve if you did not use a gift card.

During the month of January, there were issues with refunds, and many of them were not processed correctly, so it's possible that the problem you're experiencing is related.

If you have received an email notifying you of the refund approval, then please respond to that email. This is the only way to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

However, if you haven't received any email notification of your refund approval, you should contact Xbox Support directly for further assistance. They are the only ones who can help you with this problem.

Frankie, if it has been almost a month and it was accepted, your next step is contacting Support, okay? The refund process suffered a delay almost a month ago, and with that many refunds took a long to be paid back.

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.

I have the same issue with the Relic Rune pack. I tried the support but the only solution was the refund of the dlc. So, the problem on LoS 2 DLCs is still without solution.
