So I really can't recover a parental account?

So I accident deleted my mom's account and she put my account as a child's account although I didn't totally agree with that I was only 12 at the time but I could still do the majority of stuff so I didn't mind it much but then about some time later I deleted
the account and now there's no way for me to change my privacy settings so I can do things normal xbox players can do and that really ticks me off I'm 14 now and I still need permission if I can use voice chat for with anyone with Needs Work reputation
is there anyway I could change my privacy settings or atleast change or delete my family so I can finally do some more things without permission?

ok, it's not parental controls, tried again with them off and on, no difference.

Not sure about this 'recover' bit either, if I go to the profiles screen I get the option to sign in as an existing profile, create a new one or download one. Is download the new recover or is there an entire section I can't find, as I can't see 'recover'
anywhere?

If you can't recover the info for the parental account, then there's nothing anyone can do. It's not something that can be forced.

I can't promote my account because I cannot accept the terms of use. I havent forgotten the parent email, I just dont know any information about it, so it can't be recovered. I simply want to get the parent account removed so I can get back on Live.

The parental account isn't a Microsoft account so we can't really get the password for it like that

Unless the age of the child account is 18, there is no way to promote the account to an adult. It is really the only thing that can't be changed about your account. Once your age is set, it can't ever be changed. I would suggest, if you don't want to make
a new account, trying to recover the password for the fake parent account that you created if you don't know it. If you don't know the email for it, it is possible that support (1-800-4-MYXBOX) can assist you in recovering it. But, if all of the info that
you put into the parent account is fake, then you are going to have a diffucult time recovering anything about the account.

Long story short, there isn't a way to change your age and there isn't a way to promote a child account that isn't already 18 years old. Sorry.
